Hello COMPOSITE RACING and UNITED SKI TEAM!
It’s time to kick-off our annual Wine Basket Raffle! This is our largest fundraiser for BOTH teams and helps us cover SEMSL League dues and Pine Knob lane fees ($1915 per team), along with equipment purchases. Please read details below and FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR TEAM…
In general, here’s how it works:
· Each family donates 2 bottles of wine valued at least $10 each (preferably 1 red & 1 white)
· Each family sells at least 10 (virtual) raffle tickets at $10.00 per ticket (or opt out of selling & turn in $100, your name will be put in the raffle 10x)
· Turn in (virtual) raffle ticket info via email by Tuesday December 7th AND give $100 to your team contact on Wednesday December 8th at the Team Kick Off Dinner at Troy Athens 7:00 pm. More info to follow on theTeam Kickoff Dinner

· Cash or checks only, checks payable to Athens High School with ‘Ski Team’ in memo line (see below for where to drop off)

BERKLEY families
o please coordinate with 3-4 other Berkley families to build a basket with 6-8 bottles of wine; pick one family to build the basket, others can porch drop-off wine, basket, decor, ribbon, small gifts, cellophane, etc.
ATHENS families – Tracy Grimes is building 1 basket for the Athens families. Tracy’s contact info is 248- 835-8846. Please drop off wine (plus any fun supplies you may have such as ribbon, décor, small gifts, donate a basket, cellophane, etc.) at Tracy Grimes’ house: 1444 Lila Dr. in Troy by Sunday December 5th.
Bring your $100 to The Team Kickoff Dinner on Wednesday December 8th.
